Chile. Public Administrator and Master's in Public Management from the University of Santiago, Chile. He works as a researcher at the Center for Ethics at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado in the area of ethics, business, and CSR. He is a professor and tutor for the Diploma in CSR at the same institution. Co-author of the book Corporate Social Responsibility. A Global Perspective (UAH, 2006). He has worked as a consultant and analyst for ECLAC, the General Directorate of Carabineros of Chile, Fundación Integra, and in the Ministry of the Interior and municipalities. He has been a fellow of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation at the University of A Coruña, the University of Santiago de Compostela, and the Ramón Piñeiro Center (Spain).
