Chile. Psychologist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Master in Gender and Culture Studies in Latin America from the University of Chile, Master 2 in Political Theory and PhD in Political Science, specializing in Gender Studies, both from the University of Paris VIII. Her areas of interest and research are gender theory, post- and decolonial feminist theory, politics of difference, religious imaginaries and representations, and critical discourse analysis. She is currently a researcher and professor at the Center for Sociocultural Research (CISOC) of the Alberto Hurtado University and the Center for Gender and Culture Studies (CEGECAL) of the University of Chile.
