Works as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and university professor. He is a lecturer at the School of Theology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and teaches postgraduate courses on clinical psychology at the Universidad de Chile. He is a member of the “Circle of Study on Sexuality and Gospel” of the Manuel Larraín Theological Center. His clinical specialty is the care of trauma victims and the accompaniment of psycho-spiritual therapeutic processes. In recent years, he has collaborated as an external advisor with various Catholic religious congregations on addressing the crisis of clerical sexual abuse.
