Chile. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in History from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been a professor at the University of La Serena and the Catholic University, and since 2010, has developed a line of research on the history of Chilean identity from a sociocultural perspective of football. With the monograph “The history of dispossession and the birth of a sports hero. Colo-Colo F.C. 1925-1929,” he won the Simon Collier Seminar Competition 2011, awarded by the Catholic University. He has published articles in specialized Chilean and international journals and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies on youth identities and class conflict in Chile at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
