Her research addresses cultural and artistic manifestations in Latin America, with a particular interest in popular festivities, social movements, and performance practices. She specifically studies Andean cultural practices in Chile and Peru, with an emphasis on contemporary musical and choreographic expressions. She has published articles on Andean dances, indigenous aesthetics, and popular culture, and has participated in various Andean dance groups in the Metropolitan Region.
