Chile. PhD, he is a professor at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado. A philosopher, sociologist, and educator, his numerous books include Tareas de la Educación, La Escuela y la (des) igualdad, La educación del ser emocional, Camino en la oscuridad, and Educación escritos críticos. He is recognized for his contributions to education and, in particular, to the role of emotions in human development. Creator of the CECE method (Emotional Awareness and Emotional Understanding), he currently directs the Escuela de Educación Emocional Foundation.
