Brazil. Social scientist from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (Vitória, Brazil) and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Sciences and Regional Development from the same university. She also holds a master's degree in Latin American Studies and a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). Since 2014, she has served as an academic in the Department of Anthropology at the Alberto Hurtado University (Santiago, Chile) and, since 2016, as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Higher Social Studies of the National University of San Martín (Buenos Aires, Argentina). She has published numerous studies on capoeira and Brazilian migration in Southern Europe. She is currently studying the migratory experiences of women in tri-border areas in South America.
