Chile. He earned his master’s degree in history from the University of Santiago de Chile. He holds a certificate in cultural heritage from the Catholic University and a certificate in international human rights law from the National Institute of Human Rights and the University of Chile. He specialized in human rights at the Mercosur Institute for Public Policy on Human Rights and at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) of the Organization of American States. He serves as coordinator of the Memory and Human Rights Unit of the Technical Secretariat of the National Monuments Council and as a professor at Alberto Hurtado University. He is the author of the book *Human Rights and Heritage: Stories and Memories of (Para)State Repression in Chile* and co-author of the book *Heritage of Human Rights Memory in Chile*. He has published numerous articles on these topics in specialized journals.
