Chile. PhD in History from the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa and Master's in History from Roma Tre University. He has published the following books: Stories of racism and discrimination in Chile (together with M. Lara, 2009); Forms of control and discipline. Chile, America, and Europe, 16th-19th centuries (together with V. Undurraga, 2014); Legal culture and justice spaces (together with M. Cordero and R. Moreno, forthcoming). He is currently a professor at the Institute of History of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
