Chile. PhD in Social Work from the National University of Rosario, Argentina, Master in Social Policies and Local Management from ARCIS University, and Social Worker from the University of Valparaíso, Chile. He currently works as an academic and researcher in the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Alberto Hurtado University, Chile.

His research lines focus on governance and territorial governmentality, as well as the genealogy and critique of Social Work and social intervention.
