Chile. Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Social Systems Sciences group led by Professor Russell Ackoff. He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Catholic University of Chile. He has worked in consulting firms, companies, universities, and international organizations. He is a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad Alberto Hurtado, where he directs the Diploma in Innovation and Technology Management. He is the author of the Participatory Innovation Model for managing highly complex systems.
