The professor and jurist Maximiliano Prado, with his intelligence and rigor, not only contributed to the development of Law in our country, but he also had the virtue of intellectually provoking his interlocutors, thereby generating reflection and analysis on issues that had often not even been considered. He had the virtue of bringing people together and leaving a legacy (...). He was rigorous and friendly at the same time; he had the gift of simply explaining highly complex matters, and he maintained a sense of humor that could defuse any arid and seemingly unsolvable discussion.
