Danae Mlyarnz

Chile. Social Worker and Political Scientist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Master's in Politics and Government from FLACSO. Currently a consultant in Citizen Participation, lecturer at the Academy of Christian Humanism University in the School of Social Work in the areas of social research and social policies, and at the University of Los Lagos for the Master's in Public Management, territorial and local development. Director of the ProyectAmerica Corporation and in charge of the Citizen Participation Area at Instituto Igualdad. She was a public policy advisor to President Michelle Bachelet and former Citizen Advocate in the same government. Councilor of the Ñuñoa Commune during the period 2004 to 2008. She has worked in qualitative and quantitative Social Research and in the design and implementation of Citizen Participation processes in Public Policies.

Gloria de la Fuente

Chile. Doctoral student in Social Sciences at the University of Chile; Political Scientist and graduate of the Master's program in the same discipline from the Institute of Political Science at the Catholic University of Chile; Graduate of the Diploma in Political Studies and Public Management from the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Chile. She has been a professor at various universities. She has worked as an analyst in the Research Division of the Ministry Secretariat General of the Presidency, participating as a member of the executive secretariat of the Commission for the Reform of the Binomial System (Boeninger Commission) and as a Ministerial Advisor on gender issues. She is currently the Director of the Quality of Politics Program at Fundación Chile 21.
