She began her professional career in the private sector at the National Training and Employment Service (Sence) of Chile's Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and as a consultant for highly regarded public and private institutions in the country. Throughout her academic career, she has authored and participated in several books and conducted research on national and international competitive projects concerning social dialogue in organizations, territorial employment training systems, and socio-labor policy analysis with a gender perspective. She belongs to various international study groups and collaborates with numerous Latin American and European universities.
