Chile. Doctor of History from EHESS-Paris, where he conducted research on the transnational dimension of social policies implemented in South America, particularly the role of the ILO in the construction of the region's social security systems. In 2008, he won a Conicyt scholarship to pursue his studies abroad. In the last five years, he has participated in national and international conferences where he has presented the progress of his research. His publications include "Estado, consenso y crisis social. El espacio público en Chile: 1900-1920" (Dibam, 2003) and "La intervención social en Chile y el nacimiento de la sociedad salarial (1907-1932)" (Ril, 2008). He is currently a lecturer at the University of Valparaíso.
