Austria. Historical sociologist, works at the Universities of Vienna and Linz, Austria. Studied History, Political Science, and Philosophy at the University of Vienna. She is the author of collective works and numerous scientific articles in the following research areas: development theories, global value chains, global inequalities, and neoliberal transformation. Currently researches neoliberal think tank networks in Latin America. She is a co-author and associate editor of books such as Globale Güterketten – Weltweite Arbeitsteilung und ungleiche Entwicklung (Global Value Chains – Global Division of Labor and Unequal Development), Vienna 2010; Handbuch Entwicklungsforschung (Handbook of Development Studies), Wiesbaden 2016; Rohstoffe und Entwicklung (Raw Materials and Development), Vienna 2016. On think tanks, she has written, among others, "Redes de think tanks e intelectuales de derecha en América Latina" (Networks of Right-Wing Think Tanks and Intellectuals in Latin America) (Nueva Sociedad No. 245/2013) and "Neoliberal think tank networks in Latin America and Europe: strategic replication and cross-national organizing" (forthcoming 2017), together with Dieter Plehwe.
