Chile. Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He is a professor in the Department of Philosophy at the Alberto Hurtado University, where he served as department chair from 2005 to 2010. He has taught medieval philosophy, metaphysics, and philosophy of religion, and has offered various seminars, primarily in contemporary philosophy. He currently directs the undergraduate programs in the Department of Philosophy. He also collaborates with the Manuel Larraín Theological Center as coordinator of the reflection groups, and with the UAH Center for Sociocultural Research as a member of its board of directors.
