Chile. Holds a bachelor's and master's degree in History from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Heritage from Universidad Alberto Hurtado. His research interests include environmental history, the history of science and technology, the contemporary history of Chile and Latin America, the theory of history, and cultural heritage, with a series of publications in these areas. He currently works as a professional for the Technical Secretariat of the National Monuments Council of Chile.
