Fairs | Book Day 2026

This year a new version of the Book Day Fair  will take place at the university. During both days there will be an exhibition and sale of books, additionally, an open program that includes a zine workshop, artistic presentations of theater and dance, a talk, and a writing and book exchange contest.

In addition, within the framework of the fair's activities, we invite you to participate in the contest «You, me, and everything else. Relationships between subjects, their environments, and their connections. This contest proposes exploring the multiple ways in which we connect with other people, with the spaces we inhabit, and with that which surrounds us, opening a space for reflection and creation from the everyday. The call invites the development of an artistic-literary proposal in which Image and word dialogues, complement each other, and need each other, shaping a work that expresses personal bonds, experiences, and perspectives.

Works must be submitted by April 16 to the email mgarciam@uahurtado.cl in Word, JPG, or PDF format, titled and signed with a pseudonym. Additionally, a separate file must be attached with the pseudonym, title of the work, and participant's details (name, RUT, and email).
