The publication seeks to contribute to the public debate and the design of public policies based on the analysis of work with communities linked to the social works of the Society of Jesus in Chile. The work brings together diverse community, technical, professional, and academic perspectives that share a common purpose: to systematize experiences and make visible the country's main social gaps and challenges.

This second issue revisits the concern for margins and inequalities that the first Cartography opened up, but shifts the focus toward a dimension that is more difficult to measure and intervene in: social cohesion and coexistence.
