Argentina. Priest of the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires. Doctor of Theology from the University of Bonn, Germany. Professor at the Faculty of Theology of the Argentine Catholic University (1957-1997) and Dean for three terms between 1966 and 1985. He was a Member of the CELAM Theological-Pastoral Reflection Team, the International Theological Commission, and the Pontifical Council for the Laity. Expert at the General Conferences of the Latin American Episcopate in Medellín and Puebla. His work has been published in two volumes as Theological-Pastoral Writings of Lucio Gera (2006/2007).
