«Latin American Women Writers: From Subversive Mimicry to Counter-Discourses by Lucía Guerra»

A discussion around the book published some time ago by our publishing house. A genealogy of women's writing within cultural contexts and feminist ideologies up to the end of the 20th century. During the 19th century, faced with a male hegemony that created literary formats, discourses, and imaginaries, women writers' only aesthetic alternative was imitation, adding margins and questions in a subversive mimicry that denounced the subordinate position of women. We will have the participation of 4 women.
