During the presentation of this book, the causes and consequences of the social unrest will be analyzed, “It's not thirty pesos, it's thirty years” it was one of the most repeated phrases, as those thirty years correspond to a period of unfulfilled promises in which the expectations evoked by democracy in terms of equality and social mobility were not met, bringing distrust toward politics, parties, and the elites.
