This release brings together the two latest publications of the Psychology Collection research how work plays a central role in social life and people's experiences, not only as a factor of production or source of livelihood, but as a space for constructing identity, relationships, and society. These books serve as a critical space, on the one hand, for reflecting on the shifts that have become visible in the post-pandemic context and the social constructions arising from the workforce.
