«Are they born that way or do they become that way? Chilean business elites in the face of citizen questioning.
On this occasion, the panelists will analyze the perspectives with which elites in general, and Chilean elites in particular, are defined and analyzed, their social representation, and their behavior in the face of social changes.
In the words of Daniel Matamala «Few concepts in the social sciences are as controversial, steeped in common sense, and difficult to define as that of »elite." One contribution of this book relates to the perspective from which elites in general are defined and analyzed.
