Ideas, reflections, and proposals regarding the initial teaching of the oboe in Chile

This book proposes new approaches for the initial teaching of the oboe in the Chilean context. Specific problems that must be addressed in the first stage of teaching the instrument are explained didactically and applied in practical exercises built from Latin American rhythms, harmonies, and styles, such as tonada, cumbia, and huayno, among others.
