Carlos José Garcia
Chile. Doctor of Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, Master of Economics from Georgetown University. He has worked as a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Chile in the Studies Division. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Economics at Universidad Alberto Hurtado. His research areas are international finance, energy, monetary policy, exchange rate policy, and fiscal policy.
