Alfredo del Valle

Chile. Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Social Systems Sciences group led by Professor Russell Ackoff. He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Catholic University of Chile. He has worked in consulting firms, companies, universities, and international organizations. He is a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad Alberto Hurtado, where he directs the Diploma in Innovation and Technology Management. He is the author of the Participatory Innovation Model for managing highly complex systems.

Eduardo Abarzúa

Chile. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Labor Sciences, Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. Occupational Psychologist, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Academic, Faculty of Economics and Business, Alberto Hurtado University. Director of the Master's Degree in People Management and the Diploma in Consulting and Coaching. He is a management consultant in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management and Organizational Change Process Management, consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank, and has led various consulting projects in companies both domestically and abroad.

Fernando Contreras

Chile. Psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master's in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He works as an academic in the Faculty of Psychology at Universidad Alberto Hurtado. His professional development areas have been consulting, teaching, and research on topics related to people management in organizations.
