«Social Cartography of Chile, 2024. Habitability and Territory Today. Nicolás Pedemonte and Jorge Castillo, editors.
The Social works of the Society of Jesus, as a whole, invite to the book launch «Social Cartography of Chile, 2024. Habitability and Territory Today», edited by the Vives Center of the Alberto Hurtado University and UAH Editions.
This publication is born with the purpose of contributing to the country and public policies based on the analysis generated from working with communities linked to the various social works of the Society of Jesus in Chile. Gather diverse community, technical, professional, and academic perspectives that share a common purpose: systematize experiences and make visible the main social gaps and challenges of the country.
This first edition is dedicated to the analysis and reflection on the challenges of habitability and territory, incorporating both fieldwork experience and academic reflection developed by social works around these issues.
