Work and Post-Pandemic
Turns, sinkholes, and learnings

Following the COVID-19 crisis, which extended between 2020 and 2021, it is proposed to establish a critical space to reflect on the shifts, undermines, and lessons learned that have become visible in the post-pandemic context, particularly concerning three main aspects: the employment and work strategies people employ, the digitalization processes of work, and finally, the inseparable link between productive work and care work. Strategies that individuals have developed to meet their daily needs and achieve greater stability are revealed, as well as how family life was faced together during the crisis that confinement represented.
