The book presentation In the Storm: Christianity and Marxism in Chile, organized by Marcos Fernández Labbé. It will bring together its author, a historian from our university, and academic Juan Miguel Espinoza, who will discuss this episode in Chile's history.

This book reconstructs the political and intellectual journey of the relationship between Christianity and Marxism in Chile, from the beginning of the Christian Democratic Government in 1964 to the founding of Christians for Socialism in 1971.

Marcos Fernandez. Historian, Director of the UAH History Department, and author of the book.
