Paying attention to the type of treatment that children currently receive from the State is an inescapable task and responsibility; even more so when their rights are violated and they find no other close relative who can assume their care and protection. To address the foregoing, alternative care systems have been established which, however, have not paid sufficient attention to one of the most serious violations to which a child can be exposed: the loss of memory, that is, the loss of their personal history and the forgetting of their bonds. All of the above casts doubt on whether the child can be considered part of a social and collective history.
